President/Director Of Recruiting
Current- Maintain accountability for day-to-day operating activity of Company, including the development, implementation, maintenance and ongoing recruiting and business development functions.
- Oversee and lead the management of team of recruiters, providing support for all facets of the recruiting process.
- Ensure all contracts, procedures and processes are complete, correct and kept up-to-date.
- Contribute to the Company’s long-range plans, including strategies, processes and initiatives that support long-term growth and profitability.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members, to include helping them to create customized, innovative candidate sourcing, outreach, screening and scheduling strategies to drive individual and team results.
- Oversee all contractors working 1099 contract jobs for our clients. Facilitate scheduling, payments and reporting.
