I am a facilitator, process consultant, educator, and leader with 20 years of experience in non-profit organizations and higher education institutions. I’m passionate about helping organizations to build more dialogic, relational, and values-aligned ways of working together. Organizations are human systems. If we can shift how people communicate and make decisions, we can shift the ways people and groups relate, interact, and work together. By shifting relationships, we shift organizational cultures.I have worn many hats - facilitator, administrator, mentor, instructor, supervisor, director, collaborator, coach, volunteer, learner. At the heart of how I have approached these roles is my commitment to reflective practice, values-centered leadership, authenticity, appreciative inquiry, and equity. I have experience leading facilitation workshops, dialogues, and culture change processes in higher education, theaters, foundations, and religious, civic, and community organizations.
