Wright Award from the New Jersey Historical Commission.• Directed the development and implementation of a critically acclaimed historical exhibition on Bruce Springsteen’s life, career, and ancestral ties to Monmouth County.

The program invites artists to create site-specific work that challenges dominant historical narratives by focusing on issues such as environmental conservation, wealth inequality, race, and industrialization, among other contemporary social issues.• Oversaw significant site improvements and building restoration projects, including reopening the carriage house to serve as a workspace for a boat-building program serving middle and high school students, and establishing community gardens.• Community engagement initiatives received awards from the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health & Intellectual disAbility Services, and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.• Initiated and provided leadership for transformation of organizational culture and structure by unifying the board around a new direction of relevance and community engagement.
