I’m a musician and a mom of two with more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications spanning non-profit, startup, and Fortune 500 organizations. My love of communications and customer relationship management comes from a deep desire to understand my audience, and to use that insight to create stories that have the power to connect people to solutions and ideas that make their lives better.In my role as Head of Marketing, Communications, and Customer Success for Iron Mountain Media and Archive Services, I get to use my music, marketing and tech background to craft content and campaigns that raise awareness of the urgency and importance of preserving our collective musical heritage, before it’s too late.
