In this role, I work with leadership at over 100 companies to develop and implement a wellness strategy to improve the overall health of the company’s workforce. As a CEC I educate members on Humana's many lines of coverage and clinical programs. While in this position, I have helped a vast number of employers promote wellness at their organizations to in-turn decrease healthcare costs by thousands of dollars per year. When working with wellness committees I create objectives, goals and wellness calendars ensure a successful program year. I plan and execute wellness events for clients to aid in increased participation and engagement in Go365. As a Market Admin Specialist in the Employer Group Sales Department I served as an in office resource to the sales team. I created and distributed a monthly HumanaVitality e-newsletter to over 500 benefit advisors and insurance brokers. Also, I created promotional materials that were delivered to clients by the team's sales executives and wellness consultants. I planned and executed the department's internal and external events. As needed, I attended HumanaVitality meetings with clients to educate and engage members in HumanaVitality. I also assisted in developing an office calendar to manage 11 team members' schedules. As an MAS I created and shipped hundreds of clients' benefit enrollment packets correctly and efficiently.

In this position, I served as an in-office resource for sales executives, brokers and customers. I assisted the WVB sales representatives by scrubbing member applications for any errors or missing information before sending to enrollment. In addition, I ensured every step of the sales process was followed by tracking the sale through Spectrum and communicating with enrollment and account installation teams. If a customer had an issue or complaint, I sent issue to the appropriate contact and ensured the issue was resolved. I worked on many projects for sales executives. Some projects included: establishing a WVB e-newsletter, co-creating a proposal cover letter, marketing strategy and competitor analyses. The cover letter I co-created described Humana's products and personally addressed the broker. As an account coordinator I helped the sales executives with marketing strategy and created packets, brochures, fact sheets and other collateral. Lastly, I worked on multiple competitor analyses, which were used by sales executives when proposing Humana WVB products to a potential client.

Also, I have worked with the Marketing Team to create a research brief for developing a client survey. For the survey, I helped create and finalize the list of clients who the survey will be sent to.
