-Coordinated programming and logistics for Nasher Teen Council (NTC), a diverse group of 18 Durham high school students, ages 15-19, with a focus on community engagement and social justice-Identified and collaborated with local artists, entrepreneurs, curators, gallery owners and more to develop and facilitate student workshops for NTC and monthly Teen Meetups, free events open to all teens-Supported teen artist-curators in coordinating logistics for teen art exhibitions at local art galleries, including marketing, programming, scheduling, and more-Collaborated across departments, including Education, Marketing, Curatorial, Special Events, Security, and Housekeeping to plan and execute the annual IMPACT party for up to 300 area teens-Managed the program budget for NTC and Teen Meetups, as well as purchase supplies and process receipts, invoices, and other payments for teen programs -Worked with Director of Development to secure grant and donor funding for teen programs-Reviewed interpretive text panels for exhibitions to ensure relevance and readability for the general public
