Responsible for all company operations at Ridgewells Catering and, Ridgewells' sister company, Haute Catering, inclusive of culinary, warehouse and logistics, purchasing, staffing, systems and contract services.Driven to grow, scale and improve our operation, and support our company culture and vision with policies and systems.

Oversee the Major Events division inclusive of the United States Golf Association championship accounts. Responsible for all aspects of the division, handling catering and concessions services at major sporting events, including profitability, strategy, team management and business development.- Led the development and execution of our unique concessions concept and a new line of business for Ridgewells (launched in 2018)- Project lead for the company-wide software migration from Fusion to CaterXpertExpertise in complex project management; training and relationship building; developing and implementing effective standard operating procedures; problem solving with thoughtful, customizable solutions; and approaching client service and the guest experience with the highest standards.

Managed a $5.85 million sponsorship budget in client engagement programming in the golf space for Bank of America including PGA TOUR hospitality activation, exclusive private golf outings and, in 2015, additional proprietary special events highlighting Bank of America’s partnership with Special Olympics. Responsible for the strategic direction and annual plan of two different programs with national appeal and scope, delivering opportunities for Bank of America to develop and grow their business, extend the reach of the Bank of America brand, and better engage clients, prospects and employees. Managed and coached a team of five to seamlessly and simultaneously execute all programming for a high net-worth clientele, providing superior client service and delivering a first-class guest experience.

Oversaw sales and client services, and the day-to-day operation of the Major Events division with a primary focus on the U.S. Open Men's Golf Championship. Solely responsible for over $4,5 million in annual revenue, and training over 75 staff on-site. Other responsibilities included development and execution of standard operating procedures and the client experience, staffing training and placement, menu development and design, and vendor procurement, logistics and field operations.

Oversaw the strategy, development, coordination and implementation of all aspects of the annual fund for athletics including general athletics and sport specific fundraising, scholarship management, donor relations, new programming and event management.

Developed, planned and coordinated all special on-site and off-site events for the Mason Athletics department donors and prospects as part of the annual fundraising campaign for student-athlete scholarships. Manage and execute sport specific fundraising campaigns for 12 varsity sports.
