As a product of the Microsoft Leadership program (2009 – 2013) during which time I grew the emerging market in the MEA region, I have been deeply committed to evolving my own Leadership style. As CEO, MD and Board Member for a number of multi-national corporations and government ministries I have had the opportunity to develop my own philosophies in this regard. My approach, honed by leading multicultural teams and in some instances comprising over 220 members from 65 nationalities, is a largely people-centred one. Despite a background in IT and Finance, I gravitated to Marketing where people are the at the core of all endeavours, and completed an MBA to consolidate my knowledge of the subject. This was a platform from which I could launch transformation initiatives over a number of sectors and markets. In these executive positions, I always found that the key to overcoming obstacles and impediments to growth lies in the time, care and effort invested in people. For me this translated into creating world class customer experiences and energizing and capacitating my teams through targeted development - modelling excellence, integrity and accountability in my daily interactions. Pursuits to maximise business technology are also undertaken to facilitate better decision making and more efficient workflows, all directly affecting the well-being of management and staff.My track record has been noted by the Egyptian government who have requested my expertise and leadership on projects of key national importance – the customised development plans of the New Administrative Capital staff to name the latest of these partnerships.During a productive career I have had the privilege of making strategic proposals to many people – from Bill Gates to government ministers to Executive Boards.One thing has been common to all of them is that I have delivered on all commitments with the goodwill, loyalty and support of my teams.Please contact me at: ⌨ ehabm@outlook.com
