In this position, I work directly on applied projects, developing software for embedded systems and industrial controllers/ creating communication interfaces and adapters for machines and robots. In this role I have the opportunity to showcase and build on my experience in hardware design, software and algorithm development, data collection, and documentation of results. HyperLabs at VCU is an interdisciplinary product development student organization that focuses on designing, building and creating innovative technology for practical applications using hands-on learning.

My responsibilities included creating and maintaining a supportive, positive environment for customers by asking the right questions, listening carefully, taking detailed notes and partnering with other team members as needed to help the customers repair their electronic gadgets.1) Working towards getting Apple certification
