• Responsible for Full life cycle of hardcore recruiting, meeting the target of 8+ submissions per week and 3+ offers in a month.• Making 50+ calls each day to capture a larger pool of candidates; this included sending text messages to candidate’s mobile using emails.• Work with candidates to better format resumes to showcase relevant skills in order to increase their probability of being interviewed by the Hiring Manager.• Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.• Attended Spot light calls from the client side and also representing my company during spot light calls in the absence of managers.• Accountable for sourcing qualified candidates from Job portals like CareerBuilder, Monster, Job Diva and LinkedIn.• Responsibilities included conducting offers and interviews Due Diligence Calls (DDC), pay rate & benefits negotiations and grilling candidates as per clients need.• Responsible for doing posting the jobs on Indeed.• Maintained proper communications with the offshore and onshore Account and Recruitment managers. • Maintained internal database of qualified candidates using MS Excel. • Work closely with Human Resources and Onboarding Representatives in conjunction with newly hired contractors to ensure timely completion of any and all required paperwork and screening.• Providing training for new joiners/trainees on recruitment and Interpersonal skills.• Active participant on client calls or spotlight calls.

• Source candidates from Internet call lists, user groups, corporate databases, web pages, and job boards like Monster, Carrier Builder, Google, LinkedIn, also using various other job posting/ resume fetching sites.• Prepare and formatted resumes with letter head and submitted directly to hiring manager or HR.• Negotiated terms of employment (e.g. hourly rates, salaries, bonuses etc.).• Perform salary, contract and benefits negotiations for candidate and client.• Work closely with hiring managers of clients to understand their needs and work environment and to ensure that candidates meet qualifications.• Develop specific recruiting strategies to create and maintain a sufficient supply of talent.• Sourced, phone screened qualified candidates.• Identify prospective candidates through internal database, referrals, internet, and web postings.• Coordinate schedules for interviews and arrange for travel when necessary.• Check candidate references.• Generated revenue exceeding the regular gross margins.• Get all information regarding required skills/experience, location/relocation, work environment etc.

• Execution of full recruitment life cycle working on various IT and Non IT clients.• Execute Sourcing Strategies.• Generate qualified candidate pool.• Short-listing and screening the profiles as per the client requirements and giving orientation about the Company.• Located potential candidates through internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other strategies.• Qualify candidates for appropriate positions through a process of sourcing, screening, and interviewing.• Worked on job boards like Career builder, Monster, Job Diva, ladders etc.• Worked with ATS (Job Diva) and VMS (Fieldglass)• Worked as part of a recruitment team, responsible for quickly identifying qualified candidates according to client specific business requirements, hiring criteria, using recruitment skills including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, behavioral interviewing, salary negotiations.• Actively build and maintain candidate pipeline while simultaneously increasing internal candidate database.• Extensive utilization of the internet as well as internal candidate databases.• Supporting sales team. • Understand the sourcing needs of the client and fulfilling them.
