Ltd. is a large Indian conglomerate holding leadership positions in Civil Aviation (IndiGo Airlines), Hospitality (IBIS), Airline Management (IGAT), Travel Commerce (ITQ), Advanced Pilot Training (CSTPL), Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (SAME), and Logistics (MOVIN INDIA).•Responsible for handling recruitment process for 4 entities and parent company (InterGlobe)•Handled end to end recruitment for Technology, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance & Taxation, Engineering and HR profiles from Entry to Managerial Level.•Involved in the entire recruitment process including: -Requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process within the TAT for each responsible position.•Created Job Descriptions and Interview Questions that reflect the requirement for each position.•Developed candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, internet searches, job boards (Naukri, iimjobs & LinkedIn), campus hiring, networking groups, database search and referrals for Traditional & Niche hiring.•Maintain an effective source mix to ensure hiring costs are within agreed/fixed limits.•Involved in recruitment of professionals across various modes such as full time/contract.•Carry out External/Internal Salary Benchmarking activities.•Independently closing offers, equally involved and ensure smooth Onboarding to new joiners.•Taking care of major processes in Employee Life Cycle (Inductions, joining formalities, preparation and maintaining the personnel files, creation of employee database, preparing offer letter, exit interviews etc.)•Vendor Management: -Individual SPOC for various vendors like Manpower Consultants, Skill Tests, Background Verification to ensure smooth service deliveries. -Coordination with Finance team for processing invoices and billing requests raised by vendors on monthly basis.

Day to Day Responsibilities: - Screening candidates- Conducting telephonic interviews- Follow ups and coordination- Helping candidates with Onboarding and joining formalities.

Live Project- How to change the negative psychology of the employees into positive psychology within the workplace?The project was based on qualitative research where I was responsible to search valuable ideas that can increase Employee Engagement at workplace during pandemic.
