He's also bringing sustainable solutions to address the ever-growing skill gap in the tech world through his organization, TinkerHub Foundation. Situated in Kerala, which has sensitive economic conditions, it's imperative to groom and hone local talents from the community. With the programs at TinkerHub Foundation, Mehar's work focuses on building a free and equitable community that emphasizes building, sharing, and contributing to an open-source culture, while also significantly raising the standard of living for tech enthusiasts and learners. He has organized 500+ events, including Maker Party Kochi, the world's largest web maker party. Later, he co-founded Anamega in 2011 and developed successful products like Sec Browser and Secure Notes through mobile application development in the BlackBerry 10 platform, which trended as the United States' most paid utility app.Mehar lives by paying forward the opportunities he has created in his own life - whether it's building products, communities, or now, an organization.
