Short term goal for group: To populate the groups job board with quality Director level and above career opportunities. We have selected 110 top performing companies headquartered and regionally aligned to the St. Louis market to follow thier company career boards and post opportunities multiple times weekly.Long term goals: The career opportunity sub-group team members are developing strategies to attract and to partner with hiring managers and recruiters to assist in accessing the approximate 80% of job postings that never make the mainstream job boards. This group is working cross functionally with the Alumni and member engagement sub-groups to develop and implement the right strategy for the benefit of our Executive Group Members. This strategy will allow high impact domestic talent to remain in the St. louis market.

Operations management for 9 retail branches servicing 17,000 accounts for $500 MM in outstanding Assets. Directed daily sales efforts for real estate and unsecured lending products through 40+ managers and employees.

Delivered key Strategic initiatives to support Compliance throughout 1400 branch locations and 11 operational centers. Supervised 28+ managers and employees in Audit, Communications, Anti-Money Laundering, Privacy and Reportable event risk mitigation. Annual budget of $8MM.

Oversaw organizational reengineering, service delivery development, training and quality delivery for 150+ manager and employees that serviced the 1400 unit retail branch network.
