This involved working on sales pipeline reports, win loss analysis, and tracking sales performance over the year.*Streamlining sales operations.*Initiating regular cadences with various business functions to track progress of key GTM initiatives. *Creating POV’s for the sales leaders for the Europe market to help them with their pursuits.

Reporting sales pipeline metrics to the CXO’s to help them in making business decisions. I drove the strategic win-loss analysis. As a part of this program, we tried to find the root cause of our losses and the differentiating factor of our wins. This analysis was presented to the leadership every quarter to help them in charting out a strategy to improve the win rate.
