Indeed there were storing a large amount of data but without extracting any value from it.Achievements:First of all, I've started to audit what is the current situation.At the end of this audit, I measured the added value for the company, prioritised the KPIs and challenged many so that we can focus on the MVP.Then, I automated the reporting on the principal Key Performance Indicator of a company such as Turnover, CHURN, LTV or Unit Economics.For that purpose, I developed an ETL based on Spotify Luigi that can build and load a data warehouse so that we can surface several key data not used to monitor the health of the company.Indeed, before that they built these reports manually thanks to Excels sheets. It was time consuming.In parallel, I developed data quality tasks so that Keobiz management can rely on the reporting built upon the data warehouse.Moreover, I put in place data governance tasks such as defining who is the owner of each functional field of data, defining also which system is the key system for the master data or building a first version of the data dictionary in order to let some key users to build their ad-hoc analysis.
