I began my career in insurance while studying Insurance Management at Allameh Tabatabaei University, working and studying simultaneously. During my eight years at an insurance brokerage company, I gained hands-on experience in life and general insurance, insurance marketing, risk management, and customer relations. This dual commitment taught me valuable lessons in organizational behavior and human relations, shaping my approach to leadership and client management.I then joined a major IT company, SIC, where I spent three years as an Insurance Specialist. My dedication and performance led to a promotion to Contract Specialist, a role I held while continuing to manage my insurance duties. At the same time, I shared my knowledge through an insurance blog and offered consultancy services to other brokers, expanding my reach and influence within the industry.In pursuit of greater opportunities, I co-founded TFB Insurance Brokerage with a trusted colleague, and for the past 14 years, I have served as CEO and Board Member. Through a collaborative team approach, TFB has grown to become one of the largest and most respected insurance brokers in Iran, known for its customer-centric approach and loyal client base.With over 26 years of experience, my core skills include insurance, marketing, management, risk management, and organizational behavior. My strengths lie in creativity, and deep work, which I apply to solve complex challenges and deliver tailored insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.Armed with an MBA and a degree in Insurance Management from two of Iran’s top universities, I’m committed to expanding my professional network and seeking new opportunities within the industry.
