Duties included test design, laboratory testing and reporting.- Cold-formed Steel Storage RacksI was involved in experiments to determine the capacity of cold-formed steel storage racks under both static and cyclic loading.

I was involved in project management duties across SE Queensland & Northern NSW. This was included a range of subdivision and computation projects.

I played a key role in successfully completing the structural health monitoring of steel, concrete and composite bridges in the region and the results was successfully delivered to the main roads office as well as published in reputable journals. My main dusty were included: managing and leading junior engineers, bridge design control, inspection and monitoring of bridges, supervise the road’s and bridge’s construction, weld quality control. These activities were equivalent to Level 3 of bridge inspection TMR, QLD. The developed responsibilities and skills are as follows:- Managed a team responsible for structural health monitoring of 110 large bridges in Guilan province, Iran.- Controlled the designed bridge’s details with as-built.- Inspected and monitored the existing condition of more than 200 bridges visually.- Detection of damages in exiting bridges (crack, corrosion, scouring, land slide, etc.).- Assessed the bridge’s condition and provided a report with effective recommendations for maintenance.- Supervised road’s and bridge’s construction.- Controlled the weld quality of new constructed steel bridges based on the national code of standard.

June 2006 to June 2010 & June 2011 up July 2012As a Structural Engineer at BSP Company, I designed several structures including concrete, steel and masonry. I also involved in retrofitting and rehabilitation of existing building as well as construction activities. During working at BSP, I was involved in designing and managing projects as follows:Designer (using ETABS, SAP2000 and SAFE software) Design of reinforced concrete building and shear wall. Design of steel frame building Linear and nonlinear lateral loading resistance design. Design of masonry structures. Rehabilitation and retrofitting of steel, masonry and concrete structures. Seismic and wind load resistance structures analysis and design. Design and analysis of different type of foundations and slabs. Wrote technical report for retrofitting and rehabilitation of structures. Reviewed designs, drawings and reports of graduate/junior engineers. Coordinated and submitted reports and drawings for approval.Manager- Managed several projects of rehabilitation and retrofitting structures. - Managed and leaded a team of 10-15 junior engineers.- liaised with clients and all other stakeholders- Supervised the geotechnical field experiments- Conducted site inspections and attended technical meetings.- Coordinated projects, mentored graduate engineers and drafters.- Scheduled and audited related projects.
