With over 10 years of experience at OCP Group, a global leader in the phosphate industry, I am currently the Head of Sales for Asia and Oceania, where I lead a team of sales and business development professionals to expand our footprint and customer base in the region.Prior to this role, I was the Vice President of the Transformation Office, where I led a company-wide transformation program to enhance operational efficiency, digitalization, and cultural change. I also have a strong background in corporate strategy, having built the end-to-end strategic growth plan for OCP and analyzed new market opportunities, pricing strategies, and business plans.I have a proven track record of delivering results, driving innovation, challenging the status-quo and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultures. I am passionate about the fertilizer sector and its potential to contribute to global food security and sustainability. I hold an Executive MBA from Africa Business School in collaboration with Columbia Business School, and a Master's Degree in Engineering from Ecole des Mines in France. I also have prior experience in the FMCG and Investment Banking sectors.
