The company is owned the facilities to provide five drilling services. It also supplies drilling services for nine wells in Azar Oil Field (onshore Field) as the prime contractor.I had been as the services engineering manager here for two years. Positioned as the transaction committee manager and managing director adviser also, till now.

The company was established to provide engineering services to the engaged companies in upstream industry. We proceed to supply cementing services also for the onshore project contained engineering and cementing operations. As distinct from other engineering services providers, we mostly desired to presence in the consulting services market to drilling small companies. Our services there were as :* Made ready the tenders documents for the participated in the tenders. * Made ready the tender documents to hiring the drilling services companies.* Prepared the manuals, instructions, job descriptions for new stablished companies.* Prepared the well planning, operations requirements, the projects feasibility studies, requested cash flow, project’s costs assessment (capital consumption and consumption expenditures).

The Company purchased 4x2000 HP land rigs and it was the custom duties performed within a month after I jointed to PEDEX. An agreement it was signed with Iranian Central Oil Fields Company (ICOFC) to provide the services as integrated for drilling and workover operations through the five years period with a fleet by five land rigs (4x2000 HP and 1x1000 HP Rigs).Assignments:We defined the below responsibilities and also the obligations for the Engineering and Services department for throughout this contract.* Since signed the contract with the client till project commencement date:- A Team was assigned to checks the awarded drilling operations plan which it been meet the international regulations, also no ambiguities were there.- Performed the operations programming for each service, each well and each section.- prepared the questionnaires to got appreciation of the candidates situations as scrutinized and disclosed those to the Tenders documents which we issued to hire the services.- Performed investigate serviceability criteria of tenderer’s facilities and competency statements, through the Tenders process. We investigated the tenderer’s technical documents and procedures as the operation instructions, maintenance procedures, risks assessment and risks management, check lists as pre-job & post-job equipment check lists and so on.* Pursuant to identified the services contractors:- Established the project kick off meeting with all contractors. Defined the Project’s goals, plans, programs, priorities and subsequents to them. Asked contractors to demonstrate their proposition complied with the scope of the works, how they could identify and react to critical situations, and how could maintain a safe working environment in any way whatever- Check the contractor’s plan to been as desired, monitoring the performed jobs. - Check and approve job tickets and invoices, made the invoices to the client.

The Company was found in 2008 by four persons. It was engaged in upstream oil and gas services, supplying the drilling machineries and equipment, provide the drilling project management and man power services. Right now the company carry it’s activates by around 450 employees. * Contracts Made and Won the Tenders within 10 Months which i managed those.- We made a sale contract for 2x2000 HP land rigs to North Drilling Company (NDC). Carry on the cooperation with this client to management of the operations and running of the rigs throughout the 250 days contract period.- We won a tender to sale 2x2000 HP land rigs to National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) as lease to purchase term.- We won a tender to sale 3x2000 HP land rigs and 2x3,000 HP JURs with NDC.

1) Onshore:A. Management to purchasing four 2000 HP land Rigs.B. Tender documents preparation for six domestic and three international Tenders (Won four tenders within a two years period with 255,000,000 USD value). 2) Offshore:• Execution tender document to construction one jack-up rig and five years drilling operation. The tender document be comprised of detail engineering, programming, construction plan, procedure and supervision, QA/QC, detailed specification for machinery and equipment, procurement plan and procedures, inspection procedures right through of rig construction, pre-shipment test, and commissioning plan. Drilling rig operation manuals and polices, personnel job descriptions, personnel training plan, rig maintenance procedures and so on.3) Projects Management:- I been member of a committee which it was responsible to prepare a consolidated Planning for the future of the Company in the beginning. - Predicted of projects expenditures, requested budget, cash flow and working capital.4) Business Development and Financing: Tender commercial proposal• Assessment the rigs and operation (administrative & operational costs) for each Tender. Advice for the company margins to the members of the board with monitoring the market and our competitor's situations.* Financing- Prepare the feasibility study and market survey for purchase 4x2000 HP Land Rig to the shareholders. Submitted that to the financiers and the bankers, performed negotiations in this regard (obtained 16,000,000 EURO loan in this stage from Sanat-O-Madan Bank in 2008).- Prepared the feasibility studies, performed negotiations with a few domestic and international financiers and attempted to persuaded them for two purposes in two stages, but unfortunately there were no succeed due to political bad situations. 1-Attempted to get 50,000,000 $ loan for purchase a JUR in 2004, 2- Attempted to convince the financiers to invested 330,000,000 $ for purchases two JURs in 2007.

Past a month in Statoil office in UAE prior the Project Commencement Date to enhanced sensation of the team work between all. Review the Operations Programs, Job Procedures. Check the rig’s components to serviceability criteria be as flawlessness, prior to left the dock.I worked as the night shift supervisor till Sep. 2004 which the family problem enforced me to left the project.

Remark: For the many years there were not present the Private Drilling Contractors in Iran. It caused dominate a Governmental attitude through the NIOC affiliates. We had so many challenges in there, as this regards.Assignments:- Responsible person to Drilling concerns in the MC within PEDEC (NIOC affiliate) for Salman Oil Field (offshore field).- Documents Making for four Domestic and two International Tenders.- Execution Program for Koh-E-Mond (heavy oil field with Hydrocarbon API as 7-11) project. Consists of, Well Planning, Cost & Budget Assessment, Procurements need & Services requirements, Services Planning, Rig selection, pre-qualification documents making for select the qualified Contractors. Propose the Applicable Methods for Production.- I had set up a Technical Steering Committee for generation of the request Documents as the Manuals and Policies. Whereas there were not any Companies which have this speciality, we prepared the essential manuals like as Drilling Operation, Well Control, Risk Assessment & Risk Management as the first. Preparation of some other documents like as the Instructions, carried out two years after I left there.

I spent seventeen months as Drilling Supervisor Trainee in IOOC which it is affiliated with National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC). The Company is engaged for develop offshore Oil and Gas fields in Iran.There was planned a training strategy in the Company for rig site and also the courses in the schools (in the rest) to learning a Drilling Supervisor skills as fundamental.I worked up as a supervisor for of drilling and workover operations on jack-up and land rigs. I been as the operation supervisor while the drilling and production of the first Multilateral Long Reach Well with three Legs in Iranian Offshore ( Salman Oil Field).
