Biomarqueurs sanguins des maladies neurodégénératives : valeurs de référence et dediagnostic -Inserm, AXA mecenat INTERVAL Pr Sylvain LEHMANN (Montpellier)Projet dont l'objectif général est de rendre plus fiables et performants le diagnostic et la détectionprécoce de la maladie d’Alzheimer et des maladies apparentées (maladie à corps de Lewy, démencesfronto-temporales) grâce aux biomarqueurs sanguins émergeants pour réinventer la prise en chargeet le parcours de soins de ces affections. L’établissement de valeurs de référence permettrontd’estimer la probabilité qu’un sujet développe une pathologie neurodégénérative plus tard.

- 3 pré-clinical projects: Breast, lung and colorectal cancer, validation of the use of adaptive therapy (500000€)- Search of funding, estimates of budgets/expenses and organization of related consumables orders.- Establishment of public/private partnership- Routine pharmacological analysis (IC50, specificity, in cellulo and in vivo validation).

- Scientific Project Leader: Identification of a key nuclear regulator for activation of the immune response- Cell culture referent (responsible for cell culture room)- Supervision of student trainees, engineers and technicians.- Purifications and characterizations of protein complexes. - Scientific project leader : Identification of proteins or compounds that inhibit the intregation of HIV-1. - Design of a molecular screen in cellulo (medium and high-throughput) in collaboration with Sanofi Pasteur.Publication: Morchikh M, et al.
