- In charge of IT Infrastructure team composed of Network, System, Security and Head Office helpdesk technicians- Reviewing and approving the architecture before implementation- Planning the project for short, mid and long term for infrastructure team- Following up the progress and exactitude of execution of the projects with respective teams- Budgeting- Human resources management- Build organizational and staff capacity by developing processes to ensure business continuity

- Responsible of Network team and IT Security- Human Resources Management- Planning the growth of the Network and budgeting- Design and implement and maintain data and voice network of all stores, HQ and warehouses

- Performing operational engineering tasks including switching, routing, and firewall changes, VPN implementation, traffic flow analysis, and creation of custom network solutions- Analyzing audit statistics to reflect up-to-date infrastructure health/performance/utilization and suggesting remediation or optimization solutions accordingly- Participating in future growth-projections and capacity-planning processes- Off-hour maintenance, problem resolution, and on-call advanced tier troubleshooting efforts during emergencies- Providing engineering escalation to services and operations teams- Collaborating with peers to review, asses, and vet network design proposals- Effectively managing ticket queue by providing expert level troubleshooting and resolution- Creating, reviewing, and maintaining documentation

- Manage and lead projects and assure the exactitude of the jobs before delivery- Design, implement and maintain clients’ network- Implement routing, switching, wireless and security solutions- Analyse clients’ network, suggest and implement the best practices- Install, configure and fine-tune Cisco products such as security tools, Secure Access Control Server (ACS) and Identity Service Engine (ISE) and network management tool, Cisco Prime Infrastructure- Implement Data and Voice networks

- Giving training of Cisco certificates- Giving customized networking training at companies

- Administration of LAN and WAN of Eastern Canada division head office, 680 convenience stores in Quebec and Atlantic provinces and regional offices- Create and manage IPSec VPN connections- Support users and partners in networking and VPN- Manage security solutions and Cisco firewalls- Monitor the network using Ciscoworks, Observer and SNMPc- In charge of network security in project Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)- Document network troubleshooting procedures for HelpDesk technicians- Deployment of network in 128 new stores in Atlantic provinces and the integration to existing system- Move the head office network to new location with minimum down time- Lead networking projects, test and choose the appropriate product and schedule the deployment- Set up the VoIP system, install Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection and Auto Attendant console

- Troubleshooting the technical problems in Hardware, software and Networking- Prepare the report of troubleshooting- Senior technician’s backup- User ID Administrator- Follow up the open requests- Update the database with technical procedure
