I have a College Diploma in Computer Systems Technician - Networking from St. Clair College and a CCNA certification from Cisco Networking Academy. I am currently working as a Technical Support Specialist at Shaw Communications, where I troubleshoot and provide technical support over the phone to the customers for satellite TV. I have a strong background in Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as customer service and leadership skills.In my previous roles, I assisted M365 Enterprise partners and customers by solving technical problems, assessing customer needs, and delivering solutions. I also provided excellent technical support and education to customers with various computer technology, equipment, and system issues. I enjoy tackling new technical challenges daily and improving business-to-business relationships. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my skills.
