During this role, I was responsible for:• Directing Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) data management workflows, including the Geoscience data, drilling data, production data, and dashboard development.• Gathering data types and technology requirements and prepared solution workflow design for Qatar Petroleum EOR. • Building Qatar Petroleum corporate database for onshore hydrocarbon Reserves as well as business and asset plans forecasting. • Establishing a system for calculating gas sales, resulted in better estimate production forecast.My accomplishments for this role were:• I successfully transformed old “Reservoir Optimization” performance metrics reports to an automated digital dashboard. • I acted as technical consultant for overall management of projects having hand in the system within each project.
