• Full-time teaching in K-12 classrooms (Grade 6) at two different schools (A.L Khan High School at Kalurghat and Sanowara High School at Balirhat) in Chattogram. • Designed 13 unit plans (6 Weeks Duration each) aligned to NCTB curriculum along with assessments, progress tracking after each unit and identifying areas of intervention from data of 314 students (221 students in 2022 and 93 students in 2023)• Creating digital learning materials (Presentation, Video) and 3 worksheets • Documented and maintained case stories and also created narratives of incidents. • Follow-up of victims of mental, physical and sexual abuse regularly• Produced an E-learning manual to enhance the digital literacy of students and parents alike. • Conducted climate education activity. Beneficiaries: 83 students, 43 parents• Organized Student Shoba events in 2022 and 2023. Collaborated in the group, planned and oversaw logistical support for the team and students for the online student Shobha event • Organized 6 parent meetings in school including 2 digital literacy sessions. Arranged an FGD on the need for digital literacy. • Conducted more than 10 community visits. • Collaborated with the Program Design Team to make "A Day In The Life of Fellow" for the School Orientation Program.
