Serves as IAM analyst in an Agile team, contribute to designing, documenting, planning, rolling out, testing, and providing ongoing support for a variety of projects related to IAM domain.● IAM Analyst: With a 6-year experience in Okta-based IAM solutions, I lead research initiatives on emerging technologies and contribute to the design of innovative features while adhering to IAM principles. I take responsibility for project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborating closely with technical leads and architects, I meticulously review technical requirements, ensuring thorough breakdown into tasks. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining internal documentation in coordination with the team lead and training of staff.● Configuring Okta Solutions: In-depth knowledge and proficiency in setting up and configuring Okta solutions. Expert understanding of application-level Authentication & Authorization security such as MFA mechanism, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JWT for user single-sign-on (SSO) and application integrations.● Cross-functional Communications: A true team player with great interpersonal skills, communicating with cross-organization engineering groups and various functions, and other internal and external partners to represent IAM.
