• NEWLAND POS certification contact and contactless for Southeast bank PLC. • Successfully Completed Merchant Acquiring Project as Project Manager.• Identify and resolve issues that arise without BRD (Business Requirements Definition).• Design and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of NEWLAND POS terminal application testing as per bank requirements analysis and preparation.• Configure with negative testing, coordinate with the Technical Director on problem and requirement.• Develop attractive Solution as per customer Requirements.• Regular connection with customers and support team for smoth service.

• Provide bank support to our ATM (Automated Teller Machine) clients Brac Bank Ltd. • Give service for ATM (POTAVIO) Troubleshooting, hardware configuration, and software upgrading with configuration.• Provide new ATM (Automated Teller Machine) Installation. Software and Network Configure, reconciliation & Network management. • maintenance service and maintain documentation.
