CurrentKey duties and responsibilities:• Provide product & technical training to different customers, and on-site training for technical team.• To develop employees through proper training, promote teamwork, and foster open and effective communications.• Technical Team Lead and Management.• Formulating and presenting proposals, presentations, and responses to RFP/Tender requests.• Perform testing of ISO8583 applications, different APIs and services with supervision.• Terminal Management System setup and configure.• Planning and developing the project idea.• Responsible for the Management of the running projects in different banks.• Respond to client observations, issues and complaints in a timely manner.• Customer Relations Development and maintain working relations with key clients.
