Had the opportunity to work on a government project to build the first-ever national corpus of the Bangla language. Analyzed the Bangla language into different syntactic methodologies, created guidelines, andsupervised over 100 annotators. Completed the client task within the given timeline. I was a part of the research team of a language digitization project. It made me strong in research, documentation, dealing with clients, and team management.

I led the operations team in projects including a national event in collaboration with the biggest telecom company ‘Grameenphone’ and the biggest gaming company in the world, ‘Tencent’ and successfully executed all of those projects. I was the sole director and coordinator of the operations team and broadcasting teams in these projects as well as other small projects under ‘Infinity Incorporation BD’. This improved my Leadership skills and proved my ability to work under pressure to solve critical and time-sensitive issues effectively.

I had to manages teams working on execution and coordinate and direct them as well as consulting the company regarding efficient ways to run the operations.
