I serve as the Vice President of New Membership Intake on Delta Kappa Delta's National Board, a role that involves collaborating with my co-VP to support the intake processes of several chapters nationally, organize and distribute national resources, serve as a key point of contact, mediate any issues that arise, train new members and recruitment advisors in organization policy, and keep the organization on track with our strategic direction.

I currently support risk management for a national multicultural service sorority, a role that includes monitoring and mitigating risk situations as they arise, overseeing training in risk management practices, connecting with chapters on an as-needed basis for mediation, attending greater national council meetings, and assisting the Intake team with new member check-ins as well as shadowing their work. I also had the opportunity to lead a chapter expansion to Miami University. As an undergraduate, I served as an Associate, Fundraising Chair, Academic Chair, Vice President, Recruitment Advisor (2x), and President of my chapter. These responsibilities included serving as a leader, liaison, and coordinator of several chapter functions as well as our relationships with the university and national board.

My second rotation in the Analyst program includes supporting the Generalist space for the Preferred Banking Organization. Work includes project management support for a pilot program across several financial centers, shadowing employee relations and job redesign efforts, and supporting ad-hoc HR data and reporting requests.

My first rotation with the GHR team was with the Benefits Service Delivery Team, supporting a variety of processes such as:- Annual Benefits Enrollment: User experience testing, product validation, vendor meetings, payroll deduction testing, and communication reviews to assist with the rollout of a key annual event. This year included the rollout and implementation of a new plan offering.- Health & Insurance: Overseeing the year end/year begin processes through late 2023/early 2024, including documentation review, administrative review, and assisting with regulatory compliance. Served as the point of contact for several vendor communications and service metric validations. A special project was serving as a co-project manager for the team's year end/year begin cycle.- Wellness: Pulse testing, product validation, coordination assistance, invoice management, file auditing, document & procedural development.My projects across these three groups include a significant amount of cross-functional work, and have enabled me to gain specialized knowledge of many Health and Insurance processes.

I am part of the teaching team for BADM 449: Business Policy and Strategy, the capstone course within the Gies College of Business. In this role, I observe and update administrative records such as attendance and participation, maintain a consistent and thorough understanding of the course content, utilize sensitivity in evaluation of work such as peer feedback forms, and grade student assignments and exams in accordance with university standards while providing and being receptive to professional/academic feedback.

I write, edit, and perform comedy sketches with a team. Learned skills include quick thinking, editorial skills, teamwork, and public speaking.

I worked with a variety of centers of excellence within HR to perform trend research to modernize and update a training on employee engagement in a hybrid work environment specializing in LinkedIn as well as give it a longer shelf life, researched a pilot program to improve efficiency in compliance targeting and delivered a recommendation, performed some data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to facilitate the transition of a total rewards framework to be more employee centric, and proposed an overhaul and redesign of a web page within Key's HR Online portal.

I write multiple articles per semester about various social and professional topics for college and college-aspiring women. This process includes selecting, researching, editing, and condensing a variety of information based on both personal experience and alternate sources into an easy-to-read 'listicle' format. I've also had the opportunity to attend professional development and community based events such as a talk by Lauren Berger, founder of InternQueen.

I was a summer intern with NurseDash assisting the team with a variety of projects such as: - Workflow improvement by performing data analysis on user support tickets to determine areas of reduction, automation, and general improvement. - Fully training and auditing the performance of a support chatbot in Intercom, enabling about half of all customer inquiries to be addressed without human intervention.- Creating and editing help guides to assist clinicians faster/more efficiently, rewriting the User Guide that all users receive upon onboarding, and directly addressing user concerns in FrontApp. - Assisting with mapping out weekly KPIs to measure company performance and trends.- Collecting, analyzing, and creating visualizations of data for a pilot program to decrease shift withdrawal rates.- Performing an analysis of facility and user timecard and payment change requests to determine areas of improvement.- Assisting with a variety of pilot programs, data analyses, administrative tasks, and feedback-related sessions to improve clinician and facility experiences.Trained In: ZenDesk, FrontApp, Intercom, MixPanel, GigWage, and advanced Google Suite.

I was a member of a small but highly dedicated teaching team for FSHN 120 (Intro to Contemporary Nutrition) course staff helping manage a large and popular class at the University of Illinois. Responsibilities included helping run tutoring center hours, weekly check-ins, keeping up to date on the most current course material, helping create accommodations compliant with disability resource expectations, and crafting exam bank questions.

Top salesperson by volume for June and July. I worked to build relationships with customers, and learn, develop, and practice sales strategies/techniques. I interacted with a personal client base of over 300 to meet their gifting needs and bring brand awareness. This included the creation of targeted emails, regular phone calls, database updates, and staying up-to-date on my clients' browsing habits.I also received regular trainings and attended discussions centered around sales topics ranging from the Jab Jab Right Hook technique to personal development. I did some work with Gesture's copywriting sector as well- I drafted blogs, social media captions, and push notifications primarily. An additional special project I worked on was being a member of a team of creatives creating a marketing strategy (document and video) for a target sector (real estate). I've written articles on a variety of topics of interest to students on campus, previously as a freelancer and as a full time staff member. Some of my work includes a beat on student governance meetings, album reviews, opinion pieces on current events, and profiles of various faculty members. I authored weekly articles about current events, technological developments, cultural and societal interests, and other topics for young children worldwide. My work with Youngzine was interacted with by a variety of children in classroom and personal settings and taught me research skills and how to market my writing towards youth audiences.

I worked for the office of San Jose City Councilmember Sergio Jimenez, assisting the staff in event preparations, research, sharing information with residents, and other tasks. A letter of recommendation from this time is available upon request.

Through the LEAD program, I developed professional skills, registered new voters, attended panels and discussions on current social topics, and received the opportunity to intern at the office of City Councilmember Sergio Jimenez.

I assisted customers in taking antique themed vacation photos and helped maintain the store. Tasks included opening, operating the cash register, cleaning/maintenance, customer service duties, and composing/shooting photos.
