Program Manager for the Lahore High Court CFMS Project.(CFMS) Enterprise Case flow Management Solution is Lahore High Court (LHC)’s pioneering IT initiative of Pakistan with an aim to facilitate common man’s access to speedy justice and aims at the vision of a digitized judiciary that enables efficient processing of cases.Techlogix has brought forth a world class enterprise solution customized to meet the specific needs of the Lahore High Court. LHC CFMS is built using Siebel Enterprise platform for Public Sector from Oracle, a global leader in enterprise software.

Currently managing a portfolio of projects focusing on products and mobile applications development for US based clients in the Sales, Marketing and Healthcare spaces using Agile SCRUM project execution methodology.Solutions include multi-tenant and responsive Mobile websites, apps, products and platforms.Technologies include development with APIs and frameworks in native Android, iOS and server side development using Java, ASP.NET, PHP, Python and cloud deployments in Rackspace, Amazon and MS Azure.Added value by formulating the Techlogix Agile Toolkit, a set of roles, practices, tools and template to enable agile scume teams. Advising and goal setting for PMs to target key methodology processes such as Short Term & Long Term Agile Plans, Complexity based Estimates, Code reviews and Agile Docs, independent QA & Dev calls on release cycles, Staging & Production environments release mgmt as well as automated funtional testing and performance engineering using capability benchmarking tools.

Worked on Pre-Sales, Project Management and Delivery of various Training & ERP deployment projects in Higher Education with large budgets, large distributed teams with teams and clients across multiple geographies.Responsible for Managing scope, budget, schedule, client relationship, communications, team management, RAID tracking, requirements traceability, change management, Support tickets and successful project Go-Lives and closures.Technologies involved:PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management, KOHA library management system, UniTime Scheduling, SAKAI learning management system.

- Role includes budget, resource and time management for a team size of 300 resources with design, development, delivery and execution of training programs related to Techlogix and various technologies for the purpose of in-house and external corporate training.- Involves active interaction with Techlogix customers, partners and workforce communities. - Knowledge management and maintenance of corporate and individual resource knowledge profiles in form of resumes, skills matrix and professional certifications is also handled by the Knowledge Center.- Techlogix KnowledgeShare Fairs Jan, 2010 & Jan, 2011 Led a team of 70 resources to organize 3 day learning events attended by 250 people including Techlogix resources, business associates, academicians & students. Involved the planning and execution of management of event theme, guests, courses, infrastructure, recordings, décor, food & refreshments and event souvenirs.- Techlogix Neuranet (Sep 2010 – Nov 2011)Rolled out the first online site of TKCOE on the Techlogix intranet initiative titled, “Techlogix Neuranet”. Installed and configured and administer the Document Management & Collaboration Share modules to authenticate corporate LDAP users for building an online knowledge community.Environment: Alfresco content management system - CMMI Level II Certification (Jan 2007 - June 2007)Certified Internal Auditor for ISO and CMMI.
