I returned from Dubai 5 years ago, after 2 decades. I am now based in Bangalore, India. I relish working on powerful challenges.. have worked in Luxury, Real Estate, Tech and Startup space, curious to learn, try new ideas, experiment and adopt early to drive change. My current assignment is at Nethradhama Super Speciality Eye Hospital, a 30 year old Tier 1 Hospital chain, one of the best eye hospitals in the world. I also work with Shraddha Eye Care Trust, a non profit Super Speciality Eye Hospital where we do 10k free surgeries every year. My last assignment was at Machani Group, a 90 year old family run business group, with interests ranging from Manufacturing, Defence, AI/ML, AR/VR, Robotics, Design, Social Enterprises, Wedding Venues and Luxury Real Estate. I worked primarily in Luxury Real Estate, and contributed to other businesses for strategy and go-to-market.My journey has exposed me to the realms of Real Estate, Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Experiences, collaborating with exceptional conglomerates, startups, and embarking on my own ventures and projects.
