- Performing data entry for agricultural information system for GMO products and preparing report on timely manner.- Checking and preparing dispatch notes on ERP system and e-finance.- Coordination between warehouse and transportation companies to deliver best service level.- Planning optimum truck utilization.- Executing KPI management of transportation company.- Controlling declarations, customs files, invoices and expenses and report regularly.- Timely execute & settle purchase/sales contracts in ERP system.

- Accepting and processing sales order schedules and also discrete orders, following business rules.- Providing information to operations and finance team, acting as a liaison between operation, finance ,sales management team.- Managing sales forecast.- Handling varied customer transactions regarding order entry, order status, inquiries, backorder information, proofs of delivery. - Preparing quotations, price list, proforma invoices, sending samples.
