- Supporting of manufacturing as efficiency, quality, safety and improvement activities- Estimating production times and staffing requirements - Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, work flow and layout of workspace for maximum efficiency- Staff training- Conferring with management, engineering departments and other staffs regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to faciliate production processes- Providing direction to process controllers and maintenance technicians in production changeovers, product adjustments and positional problems- Ensuring the lab results and products meet and exceed customer expectations- Making operational decisions and reducing/minimizing waste levels in all area- Making sure downtime is minimized, while maintaining a safe work environment- Effectively utilizing ms office and other internal databases to complete necessary reports- Creating and updating standard operation procedures, instructions and equipment documentations
