- Providing a high degree/level of customer service orientation - Assisting customer with all aspects of their certification testing process from registration to test delivery - Interface between customers, clients and test sites in a professional and efficient manner - Maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy in work - Answering all calls and e-mails (when needed) within contracted agreed time frames - Maintaining punctuality and attendance within company guidelines - Attending required training schedules to improve performance, learn new clients and develop professionally - Processing incoming fax & e-mail registration with high data accuracy and answering them within the contractually agreed time frames
