1. Engineering project leadership from inception through design to delivery for both local and international markets. 2. Embedded software development for control of products. 2. Maintain and enhance the relationship with the client and work with the team to deliver each project in a cost-effective manner for all parties.3. Provide engineering / operational support on tenders and provide programme and written support in the form of methods, plans and sequences.4. Chair and participate in meetings with clients, designers, subcontractor and colleagues. 5. Support the delivery of projects, providing technical solutions and advice to project teams.6. Setup and provide an engineering functional support to individuals.7. Work with the project teams and be involved in all major decisions which would affect the outcome of the project.8. Meet with designers and ensure that the project is designed to lead to best practice delivery; safety, sequence and cost.
