The Aspire Leaders Program lasts four months and consists of three modules.We initially focused on Personal and Professional Development to build a strong foundation. At this stage, we conducted a comprehensive leadership assessment based on our strengths and developed our CVs and LinkedIn profiles.Then, we participated in an interactive learning experience with valuable educators.Finally, we delved deeper into topics such as self-awareness, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, societal challenges, and driving change through Aspire Horizons courses taught by Harvard Business School professors.

YetGen 21st Century Competencies Training Program is an intensive 12-week training process aimed at imparting 21st-century skills. During this period, there are valuable trainings in the following areas:-Career Planning-Teamwork, Presentation Techniques, Written Content Preparation-Self-Development and Active Citizenship-Introduction to Algorithmic Thinking-Modeling with Excel-Technology Literacy and Leadership-21st Century Literacies-Sustainability and Social Innovation-Entrepreneurship and Freelancing-GirişGen (In one day and with a team, I conceived an initiative aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and shared this concept through an effective presentation.)-Transition to the Business WorldThese valuable trainings make it easier to acquire different skills and adapt to the needs of the 21st century business environment.

Trainings are provided for 6 months in the fields of 'Entrepreneurship' and 'Digital Transformation and Big Data' from highly valued professionals, including C-level executives from Turkey's valuable companies.
