I used and showed schools how MYON can be used to improve their students' skills. Then, I promoted myON Readers to so many international schools all around the world.

As Head of the English Department, my key responsibilities included:Leadership and Development of English Educators:Oversaw all aspects of the department, emphasising curriculum enhancement aligned with school-wide performance assessments.Organised professional development seminars and workshops.Cultivated partnerships with national and international organisations.Implemented digital resources, including a digital library of approximately 5,000 books and various educational platforms, into the high school's EFL and EAL curriculum.Curriculum Design and Quality Assurance:Developed and executed annual and monthly teaching plans.Conducted classroom observations, evaluating English language instruction and providing constructive feedback to educators.Event Management and Partnership Cultivation:Successfully organised and participated in over 10 national and international educational events, preparing more than 20 teachers and 100 students for various engagements.Managed and enhanced relationships with key partners, including Oxford University Press and the British Council, contributing to the elevation of educational standards.Facilitated connections with globally recognised certification programmes and events.English Language Instruction:Delivered English language education across a range from Elementary to Advanced levels, with a particular emphasis on digital learning methodologies.Actively participated in numerous national and international events.Prepared students for a diverse range of competitions, such as debate, creative writing, drama, spelling, speaking, and short film, in countries including Bosnia, Romania, the UK, the USA, Croatia, and Kenya.
