- Turk Telecom Programme One Project / Oracle Siebel : Responsible from Functional & Technical test cese designing, planning and executing in Siebel domain. Integration and user acceptance test design and reporting results for one of the biggest Telco transformation project in Turkey. Manage small team with 2 mates. Test Owner of PCOM product and Oracle Siebel Upgrade side projects.- Yapi Kredi Bank Harmony Project, FrontEnd & BackEnd Re-Platforming Cheque System: Developing Front End & Back End Java based user screens on Banking software architecture which were coded with Oracle Forms before. Reverse engineering Oracle Form codes and extract to software algorithms was also part of this project Participated all the phases of software delivery life cycle such as development, writing technical designs, solving defects & bugs during testing steps.

Vodafone Genesis Programme - Worked on Comverse Kenan Billing Product in order to specialize on billing domain. Track, solve and manage billing defects that received from Production system via ClearQuest tool. Post – Production support to client site billing operation team. Testing the first phase of Kenan Dunning and Collection implementation and Monitor the customer actions. Regression tests before Production.

I was a member of IT Billing team. My role was supporting 7/24 Billing operational activities and availability of Billing and Mediation servers, analyzing customer invoices complaints, responsible from defining new tariff plans, trunk and mediation configurations, creating GL data for Finance teams.
