February 2023 - June 2024: Renault Clio 6June 2024 - On going: Renault New C-SUVIn my position, located under the Engineering Directorate/Vehicle Architecture team, my main responsibilities are as follows:-Determining and documenting profile targets such as gap and flush in accordance with perceived quality, time, and cost targets of all interior and exterior parts that affect the vehicle geometry.-Creating chain of dimensions.-Determination of quality control points.-Checking and validation of control fixtures of all parts.-Ensuring convergence between the supplier and Renault in order to nominate target values for all critical sections.-Ensuring convergence between design, perceived quality, vehicle architecture, and suppliers.-Achievement of all targets for each milestone.

My main task:- To guide the design of the interior and exterior trim parts of automobiles in the design process to improve the perceived quality by the customer. In this direction, I am responsible for Dimensional Management and Craftmanship activities.Dimensional Management Activities:-To determine and document the reference strategy, tolerances, quality control points, and control specs of interior and exterior trim parts of vehicles in accordance with the necessary norms during the project development process.-Working closely with the design team and suppliers to ensure tolerance targets and achieve a rigid reference structure on the gauge.-Creating and calculating tolerance chains with RSS Stack-Up analysis.-To publish the documents in accordance with the project milestone dates.Projects Worked on:• November 2021 - April 2022 : FIAT 600 - Interior and exterior GD&T activities.• April 2022 - January 2023 : DS N°8 - Interior and exterior GD&T activities. • January 2023 - February 2023 : Opel New Insignia - Front and rear bumper GD&T activities.• January 2023 - February 2023 : Citroën New C5 Aircross - Front and rear bumper GD&T activities.Craftsmanship Activities:-Following the gap and flush targets of all critical sections throughout the project and keeping the documentation up to date.-Making benchmarks with rival cars.

I was in the R&D and maintenance departments. I learned information about R&D-Project Management.

I experienced the factory environment and observed the production lines (welding line, pressing line, etc.) during my university internship at the Vatan Pres company. Partially, I got information about spot welding and press machines.

I assisted the procurement processes of parts for 3 months at RSL Automotive.
