- Responsible for approval of metal parts ELED and DLED LCD TV . - Strongly used 3D and 2D design programs which are Creo – Pro Engineer and Autocad. Also experienced leading designing on metal parts, aluminium extrusions profiles , especially heatsinks.- Worked with overseas foreign suppliers and domestic suppliers and responsible mold approval process.- Preparing 2D drawings of metal parts and follow schedule up- Report schedule weekly of all metal molds ( manual , progressive , transfer molds ) , modification of all metal parts and sheet metal parts.- Leading design of metal parts and which will be produced with sheet metal production methods.- Controlling all schedules of B-M-S ( Back-Light Module System ) molds. - Making technical discussion before tooling of all metal parts.- Studying all metal molds in Vestel for improvement in mass production.- Controlling all metal prototypes in Vestel and following all DFM reports to lead good design and sustain in mass production.- Making improvement for all mass production problems.
