Hello, I am Mehmet Cihan KILIÇ. I have been working in the field of mechanical engineering for over 4 years, specializing in quality assurance, manufacturing, and R&D. I have extensive knowledge and experience in ASME, EN, GOST, and API standards, as well as in NDT, welded manufacturing, and project control.At ONKO KALİTE, I managed the accreditation processes for TS EN ISO/IEC 17020, 17024, and 17025 standards, ensuring a 98% compliance rate for project completions. I played an active role in establishing quality management systems and preparing quality documentation for major projects.I conducted project and NDT inspections for companies like GİMAS - Girgin Makina İmalat Montaj & Mühendislik San. Tic., overseeing dam gates, mills, and mining machinery. Additionally, I managed inspections during revisions and planned outages at large power plants.At TÜV AUSTRIA SILA, I participated in quality control and third-party inspection services for Turkey's first nuclear power plant. At Yılteks, I was responsible for the production and quality control of pressure vessels according to ASME Section VIII, EN 13445, AD 2000 Merkblat, and ADR standards.I hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety and a B-level diploma in the same field. I am certified in visual testing, magnetic testing, and penetrant testing according to EN ISO 9712 standards.Recognized as an Incorporated Engineer (IEng) by IMECHE UK, I am continually developing my expertise in my fields of specialization.
