- Maintaining Turkcell’s mobile&fixed voice networks ensuring their stability and quality.- Design and make National and International Carriers SIP interconnections- Troubleshoot voice call problems between IP/TDM Carriers and Turkcell voice network- Troubleshoot corporate customer’s VOIP call problems with L3 support role- Maintaine Softswitch (Dialogic Veraz Network), Session Border Controllers (Genband S3 & Oracle Acme Packet).- Trunking media gateways (Cisco, Dialogic) on-site and remote management. Equinix Frankfurt, Cyprus and different cities of Turkey.- Mobil number portability (MNP) and local number portability (LNP) management- Interoperability testing and traffic stress tests.- Give technical trainings to 2nd level customer voice support and NOC teams- SOX Complience responsibility (Audit policies, user access, system events etc.)- Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance window changes- Security checks, Shell scripting, otomation actions.- Coordinating the transmission and physical preparations required for IP Interconnections.- Taking active role in analysis, detection and solution issues related to Voice Network specific problems.- Following quality parameters related to voice traffic, to get reports using specific tools.- Participating in new projects and take active part in Voice Network infrastructure.
