Managing the Tender Department to prepare tenders for multiple project types including high rise towers & hotels, mix-use developments, airports, museums, presidential houses, villas & tourism complexes, shopping malls, sport halls, roads, metro and infrastructure projects in Azerbaijan and other CIS countries, as well as Montenegro, Algeria, and Moldova,Preparing cost estimations for projects with a budget between 5 million USD and 2 billion USD corresponding to the technical, economical, financing, and contractual conditions, allowing management to formulate a strategy, Determining the inquiries to be sent out to suppliers, construction, and services subcontracts, preparing the consolidated selling price sheet to be presented in price meetings,Inspecting tender documents and preparing inquiries to client during tender stage, researching all details required during tender preparation including labor law, company establishment, and all kind of tax, Playing a key role as a member of the management team and participating actively in the organizational development processes within the company.

*** Projects: Gabala Square Tunnel, Qazaq Rayonu Akkord Cement Factory, Georgia Gori and Kutaisi Road, Zarife Aliyeva Children’s Playground, Ahmetli Kindergarten.*** The projects undertaken were completed in a short time thanks to successful management. (Mostly between 30 and 45 days)Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating of contract documents, plans, and procedures, all engineering design submittals, ensuring that the projects are completed in determined time and budget,Leading a multinational construction team and sub-contractors, managing the organization and planning of the site team activities in order to determine the short-term priorities of the work area and maximize quality, efficiency and continuity.

*** Project: Manisa Magnesia Shopping Mall with a closed construction area of 35.000 m2.Responsible for the overall field administration of the construction and ensuring its alignment with the construction execution plan, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs,Organizing and monitoring site activities if carried out according to standards and HSE requirements, coordinating and supervising construction workers, making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety as well as maintaining quality control procedures,Overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensuring that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.

*** Projects: Flame Towers, Bilgeh Estates Villages, Baku Premium Villas, Haydar Aliyev Culture Center, Shahdag Mountain Resort, Baku Palace, Caspian Shopping Center.Accountable for work programs, budgets, and income-expense planning of construction sites, tracking of realizations, preparing reports to submit to the senior management,Leading planning engineers, schedulers, and cost engineers to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the project within time and budgetary parameters,Supporting Project Management by providing on-going and regular financial analysis and information regarding expenditures, commitments, forecasts, and financial performance of the project,Establishing of cost management control systems and procurement plans, managing subcontractor payment processes.

*** Project: The Presidential Palace with a closed area of 21.000 m2 and 55 types of different luxury villas (having a closed area of 65.000 m2) within the scope of the project of “Bakü Yeşil Vadi Konakları”.Responsible for technical office planning, progress payments and weekly and monthly progress reports of contract engineering for the project,Closely collaborating with Engineering and Project Management teams, preparing detailed budget and cash flows, weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, activities forecast schedule, Making site visits, informing respective departments for availability of resources on site, preparing the progress measurement system such as manpower histograms and progress S curves.

*** Project: The construction of 83 luxury villas built on a field of 700 decares.Revizing tender drawings to ensure that there are no conflicts exist in the design, coordinating the approval process with the project consultant,Participating in the implementation of the policies and procedures of the technical office, undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.

Responsible for overall planning and scheduling for all assigned projects, Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports,Managing cost engineering, cost estimating, and cost analysis/control activities, conducting regular site visits to conduct audits on the progress and costs.

Responsible for daily management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications,Liaising with local authorities to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and law, overseeing on-site quality control and health and safety, resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
