Thanks to my previous experience by interacting with all of our customers around the world, I have acquired a decent way of communication with each and every one of our customers from different cultures and countries. I focus on customers and look for new ways to collaborate regarding to their needs & expectations. I have aimed to build new and strengthen existing relationships between us and the customers.Internally I manage and improve our quality transformation processes, such as AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 by assisting to implement such standards and internally auditing them.

I am  responsible for cost calculation and pricing of the products we offer to customers and for that I am improving my production knowledge to find a solution to decrease our costs on production in to be more competitive in the market.Hence, I operate the Logistics and Supply Chain processes of the company, thus I have gained skills on scheduling events to have everything needed on Just in Time to prevent the production loss or extra stocking cost.

Management Internship about facility planning, inventory tracking and general organizational observations about administrative actions.

I have worked in education and awareness module of Sakarya University Technology Transfer Office "adaptto" under the call TUBİTAK 1513. I had an opportunity to work in an environment which makes you acquire managerial competences like time management, distribution the right task to right people and brainstorming about planning next steps.

I have made my first official internship in K.A.S. Group and I had a chance to continue my previous researches and to take forward my study by time study on every work station and process about production.

I have made my first engineering study in one of the biggest factories in faucet and natural gas materials market in Turkey. I, mainly, was assisting about the method study, material requirement planning and inventory tracking. Eventually I had an opportunity to observe a factory in many aspects as a first year industrial engineering student.
