Zade Vital Pharmaceutical Production Facilities Investment (4.000 m2 – 150.000.000 boxes/year)• Through management of equipment procurement: Creating user requirement specification documentations, acquiring/evaluating/comparing foreign supplier quotations, contract agreement, factory acceptance, transportation, erection and installation supervision, and follow-ups after commissioning.• Management of infrastructure and superstructure rough and fine finishing civil works for the design projects (Conceptual, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Facade and Landscape)• Acquiring/evaluating/comparing subcontractor quotations, agreement, progress billing calculations, application supervision, payment follow-ups etc.• Ensuring GMP compliance of civil works and production equipment.• Proving compliance in audits conducted by the legal authority (Ministry of Health) Avicenna R&D Center for Pharmaceuticals• Coordination of the design of laboratories and offices.• Participating in organizational structure and procedure system of the R&D Center• Ensuring compliance of all works against related legal regulations.• Proving compliance in audits conducted by the legal authority (Ministry of Industry and Technology)Business Development• Multidisciplinary coordination (management&organization, accounting, production, procurement, contract management etc.) of the related departments for business development projects defined by the management • Evaluation and follow-up of prospect business development projects.• Contract sourcing and contract manufacturing customer relations.

• Through management of export: quoting, sales, production, customs, transportation, payment collection, after sales, and customer relations• Participation in international exhibitions. Collateral Duties• Supporting corporate communication, marketing, and purchasing departments.

• Supervision of 300 tons/day refinery installation and commissioning works including mechanical, electrical, PLC automation & scada systems of oil refining process.• Various equipment supply and follow-up works.• Realization of various small scale projects for automation and mechanical systems maintenance or process modification works.
