Privileged to join Primeast family as an Associate Consultant, supporting in Training and Development projects in the MENA region.

As a CTT Certified Consultant, I use the tools and resources from Barrett Values Centre to support my clients in their personal, leadership and cultural transformation. The tools define an actionable road map that becomes an integral part of a leader's personal development plan and business strategy. The tools have been used to measure the values of over 6,000 organisations and 3,000 leaders in 80 countries. They help foster the transformation of corporations, NGOs, government and municipal agencies, communities, schools, and nations. The CTT values assessment instruments are available in over 50 languages. I believe that organisations, teams, schools, nations, and communities function better when leaders are focused on building values-driven cultures that benefit people and society. I believe that when you measure your culture, you can manage it.

Currently I'm a working on training and development project on free-lance basis.Projects include:- Delivering personal productivity and management skills training programs.- Designing learning solutions with my clients to meet the organizations growth and development strategies. -Coaching learning and development professionals -offering consulting services in the area of training and development to training and educational institutes in both Egypt and Malissia

• Consulting projects: o Designed and delivered Management track training program and culture track training program with the team for our clients in the UAE. o Designed and delivered “Management bites”; quick soft skills and leadership training workshops for our clients as part of the set transformation plan. o Offered a specialized learning and development coaching sessions to HR and OD managers in particular as an essential part of my role in any consulting project and to enable them continue building the organization after the project completion . o Attend meetings and work closely with the cross functional teams created to lead the change programs, then intervene when needed. o Conducted a National Values Survey in the UAE, in partnership with Barrette Values Center – as one of two certified coaches working on the project – and Watani, an Emirate government program. My main focus was to work on the data analysis and recommendations after the survey was conducted, along with supporting the team in the preparation phase.• Free-lance consulting: o As a lead OD consultant and coach, I worked with the program director of DiscoverE – A summer student program, University of Alberta in Canada in building an encouraging organization culture, as well as designing and implementing the suitable mechanisms for this transition to occur.

• Research and development consultant:o Participated in designing the SKOPOS Consulting Manual; that contained all OD models used, interventions and workshops.o Design and provide tools to our clients and consultants to help a successful organization transformation program such as the mentoring, feedback and PMI mechanisms. o Lead the Internal Culture Team initiative; responsible for monitoring, analyzing and designing culture development plans.o Member of SKOPOS strategy team; responsible for reviewing and setting the organization

Being part of the Learning and Development team, I delivered management, soft skills and technical training to Barclays Bank Staff. Another role was designing learning tracks and development plans for the different departments of the organization.
