Supervise and lead technical personnel to ensure effective operation & corrective/preventive maintenance of network.• Continuous Coordination with Huawei & others Clients Management.• Open trouble tickets for the sites of minor,Major and critical Outage on site.• First level service and fault restoration of major outages due to transmission failures with coordination of all the concerned entities.• Initial troubleshooting on transmission network Alarms.• Service turn up, maintenance, technical support, monitoring and management of the transmission network.• Coordinates and assists field operations staff in daily transmission service maintenance activities. • Hand over all trouble tickets and important alarms to the next shift properly via the daily transmission shift handover report to assure the trouble tickets are followed up by the next shift. • Referred trouble tickets handling and proper escalation to NFM, TNOC & BO TX team • Traffic nodes visibility check up Before/After Maintenance down Time (MDT).• Follow up for any TT related to TX with NFM and TNOC until the service back.• Responsible for the surveillance of the network. Perform 24 hours surveillance of the whole Network.• Call out the Field Technicians with a work order, when physical intervention in the equipment is needed.• Escalate difficult problems to the Field Engineers
