Key Responsibilities:• Supervision of all kind of construction activities (bridges, Road, Utilities, landscaping etc).• Landscape & Irrigation design for Roads, Bridges, Colleges, Beaches, Parks, Malls and residential Villas.• Ensure that all construction works related to soft and hard landscaping are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.• Preparation of all the technical submittals, Method Statements and Shop drawings.• Obtaining necessary approvals, NOC (RTA, DEWA, ETISALAT, Du, DM, ROW) & handling over from related authorities.• Material approval and procurement.• Estimating, Quotations & Pricing tenders.• Preparation and submission of all variations and claims when occurring.• Plan, execute and finalize project according to strict deadlines and within budget.• Liaison with client, consultant and local authorities and subcontractors.• Control and coordinate the works of subcontractors and report on their progress.• Responsible for daily site materials, labors and equipment requirements.• Monitor labor and construction for timely and quality completion of the work.• For the forthcoming activities, follow up, preparing and get the Method statement and Risk assessments approval from consultant.• Raise inspection requests and execute the project is running in planned schedule and as per specifications and BOQ and Carry out daily site inspection.

Key Responsibilities:• Correspondence with site personnel for the management of site data record on server.• Check and review shop drawings, method statements, ITPs and as-built drawings.• Supervising the work done and verifying the contractor check/inspection request.• Attending pre pour inspection verifying that reinforcement is fabricated and fixed as per bar bending schedule and formwork fixed is as per given drawing, stable and watertight.• Making sure that the concrete pouring is as per standard procedure.• Supervision on drilling, cage lowering and concreting of piles (Diameter: 1.2m, Depth: 25m & 31m), • Construction of Pile caps, Pier shaft, Transoms and Raft foundations. • Construction supervision of pre-cast “Box” Girders (Span 30m), RCC Solid Girders (span 12~14m), Rectangular Girders (span 30~32m) & “I” shape Girders (Span 43m).• Performing post tensioning of pre-cast girders (Jacking force: 299 M. Tons) & Grouting.• Supervision of Cast in situ Girders & Elevated Rotary Girders. • Construction of Mixed traffic roads (Flexible pavement) & BRT Corridor (Rigid Pavement).• Supervision of Road marking and signs board on BRT Corridor and Mix traffic lane.• Construction supervision of underpasses & RCC Drain.• Construction of Abutment, Wing Wall, Shear wall, Retaining Wall, Delineator & New Jersey barrier at Elevated Bridges.• Performing of Pile Load Test (300 M. Tons), Proof Load Test, SPT, CPT, FDT & Slump test.• Supervision of Elevated Bus Stations & At grade Bus Stations for metro bus (120m x 19m).• Implementation of activities in structure works as per drawings and specifications.• Report to ARE or RE any failure of the contractor to perform the work as per the drawings and specifications and to provide good workmanship.
