In my role as a Manager, I:Mentor and Guide Startups: Provide comprehensive support and strategic advice to budding entrepreneurs, helping them to professionalize their ventures and prepare for global expansion.Strategic Planning and Development: Contribute to the studio's growth by participating in strategic planning, ensuring that we consistently drive innovation and excellence in our support for startups.Network and Relationship Building: Actively engage with external partners, investors, and industry experts to expand our support network and create opportunities for the startups in our studio.Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a productive and collaborative environment, fostering a culture of ambition and creativity.International Market Expansion: Focus on identifying and creating pathways for our startups to export their products and services, navigating both local and international business landscapes.Event Organization: Organize and host workshops, training sessions, and networking events to enrich our entrepreneurial ecosystem and provide additional learning and networking opportunities for our startups.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all startups adhere to relevant legal and regulatory standards, providing guidance on both local and international compliance requirements.I am passionate about driving success for startups and am dedicated to creating an environment where innovation thrives and Iranian entrepreneurs can realize their global ambitions.
