I started as CFO of SF Bio as the new owner, the private equity firm Bridgepoint, came in.I lead the Finance team consisting of 9 employees. Main accomplishments were to reorganize the Finance department, making it more integrated with the rest of the organization and more involved in establishing business plans, setting budgets, building business cases etc.During my time at SF Bio, 2 new sites were opened, 10 stores were refurbished, a new web-site and App was launched, and the company showed the highest revenues as well as EBITDA-figures in its long history.Bridgepoint acquired the company at a valuation of 4.8 billion SEK and made an exit 1,5 years later at a valuation of 8.2 billion SEK. The buyer was AMC, the largest cinema group in the world. Being now a small part of a very large entity, I felt it was time for me to move on.

Vireo Energy AB - Interim CFO March 2015-August 2015- A renewable energy producer in Eastern and Central Europe. www.vireoenergy.se- I was responsible for the global Finance team consisting of 8 employees in Russia, Belarus and PolandMillicom Digital Ventures AB, CFO, August 2014-March 2015- Millicom Digital Ventures was building and investing in digital end-consumer products that would reach more than 50 million users in Africa and Latin America. The company was a subsidiary to Millicom International Cellular S.A, www.millicom.com. - My responsibility was to build up a Finance department that would support and enhance the Global operations of Millicom Digital Ventures and at the same time be a part of the Millicom Group’s Finance stab.- Shortly after my arrival, the strategy was changed and I worked instead with closing down Millicom Digital Ventures. I was then transferred within the Kinnevik Group to Vireo Energy.

- Nepa is a successful, innovative company who has changed the Market Research industry in Scandinavia. The company has offices in Stockholm (HQ), Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, Mumbai, Shanghai and Singapore.- I have built up the Finance function. I developed and implemented Financial Management processes (sales- and gross margin follow-up models, reporting processes etc.) as well as planning and forecasting tools on a global level. I managed cash-flow optimization processes throughout the organization with extraordinary results.

GodFond i Sverige AB – Fund Manager, Operations Manager www.godfond.se- I was Fund Manager for the Funds “GodFond Sverige & Världen” and “GodFond Multistrategy” (managing around 750 MSEK), reporting to the CEO (Stefan Krook) and the board (Karl-Johan Persson, Johan Björklund and Johan Winnerblad). - I set up and developed internal processes (NAV and risk calculation models and checklists, payments, Financial reports, etc.) and external processes (provided guidelines to and managed suppliers such as the outsourced Backoffice and Accounting). I was involved in the start-up phase of the company including the application process with the Swedish FSA (Finansinspektionen) GodEl i Sverige AB – Business Controller www.godel.se- I set up and formalized the controller position including cost-control, calculating the electricity price, building complex forecasts and liquidity models, responsible for calculating the accrued posts in the BS (one of the most crucial posts in the BS) etc.
