Interviewed product, sales, marketing, customer care and IT teams, evaluated solutions from 12 world class vendors and selected final winner.• Designed and implemented global architecture and design review processes• Created and operated a Test Management Organization. Established global test governance, defined and executed testing of the company’s IT systems for the launch of 3G in Brazil.
